Abstract | Symmetry defects in conducting nano-clusters are investigated by photon core excitation/relaxation e.g., Cu:1s2..HOMO|Q0>+hn|Cu:1s_..LUMO|Q> effects produced in XRD intensities, that can provide insight on growth induced, so called, ideal structure deviations, which may be the source of their unique properties, but their origin still needs better understanding. The data compared to a standard nano LaB6 allowed us to measure size and boundaries formed between cuprate planes during grain growth. |
